
HER STORY
A proud college dropout shaped by public school grit and private school polish, Ash carved out a career defined by magnetic charisma, instinctive resourcefulness, and human-centered strategy. Her career arc bends toward prowess—from Refinery29 and BeautyCon Media to global powerhouses like Marriott International, Kirkland & Ellis, Paul Weiss, and Franklin Templeton. She’s been the quiet storm behind transformative moments—and the loud one when transformation demands it. Ash pivots as a visionary experience consultant for names like McKinsey & Company, offering piercing insight on customer and guest experience strategy, emotionally intelligent events and activations, and scalable operations.
Now, she channels her energy into more soul-centered pursuits. In the Spring of 2024, Ash León honored her lifelong passions for health and beauty by earning esthetics licenses in New York and New Jersey—delving into the science and soul of skin. Her exploration of skin evolved into a love affair with color theory, ultimately guiding her to The Parsons School of Design, where she completed her coursework in March 2025.

Ash León’s mission is unapologetically clear: Wellness is a right–not a reward. Through her platforms and presence, she champions holistic wellness that transcends the societal and cultural bounds of wealth, status, systemic inequity, and non-inclusive beauty standards, aiming to improve the quality of life for the lives that bring quality to humanity.
